  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
